General Assembly of Associates:



The General Assembly of Associates is the highest body of CACEI and has the following powers::

  1. Discuss and, where appropriate, approve the report of activities that the General Director, after issuing the Commissioner's report.
  2. Resolve the matters submitted for consideration by the General Director.
  3. Appoint and revoke the members of the Executive Council and the General Director in the terms of its Bylaws.
  4. Discuss, modify and, where appropriate, approve the annual work plan and the financial budget for expenses and income that the General Director presents.
  5. Monitor compliance with the Bylaws, the regulations, as well as the agreements and decisions taken by the General Assembly of Associates.
  6. Grant, revoke and substitute powers; and
  7. All those activities that are considered in the Bylaws.

Additionally, it is granted the powers to:

  1. Dissolve the Association.
  2. Change the purpose of the Association.
  3. Transform the Association or merge it with one or more other associations or societies.
  4. Appoint and revoke the members of the Executive Council and the General Director in the terms of its Bylaws.
  5. Take all those decisions that modify the Bylaws.

The General Assembly of Associates is integrated by:

  2. the the General Directorate of Professions of the Secretariat of Education;
  3. the National Center for Higher Education Assessment, A. C.;
  4. the National Chamber of Consulting Companies;
  5. the College of Civil Engineers of Chiapas, A.C.;
  6. the College of Civil Engineers of Chihuahua, A. C.;
  7. the College of Civil Engineers of the State of Jalisco, A. C .;
  8. the College of Civil Engineers of Mexicali, A.C.;
  9. the College of Civil Engineers of the Municipalities of Cozumel and Solidaridad, A.C.;
  10. the College of Civil Engineers of Sinaloa, A.C.;
  11. the College of Civil Engineers of Yucatán, A.C.;
  12. the College of Civil Engineers of Zacatecas, A.C.;
  13. the College of Mining Engineers, Metallurgists and Geologists of Mexico, A.C.;
  14. the College of Geological Engineers of Mexico, A.C.;
  15. the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, A.C.;
